The Elite Sun Beach is located in Guardamar del Segura, a town famous for its pine forest enclosed beaches. The resort is just 12 minutes walk to the beach, 25 kilometres from the Alicante Airport and about 55 kilometres from the Murcia Airport.

There are 260 apartments with one or two bed-rooms at the Elite Sun Beach. The rooms feature living room and terrace, and are equipped with kitchenettes with refrigerator, air conditioning (hot / cold), bathroom and hairdryer (available at reception), safe, and satellite TV.

The Elite Sun Beach was built in 2007 and it has 10 floors. Facilities include 24 hour reception, bar and WIFI zone. The resort has an outdoor pool with children area, terrace with sun loungers and umbrellas and a bar. It also has a mini club for children.
